Lid foil and lids are made of aluminium foil with a thickness of 0.030 to 0.050 mm. One side of the foil is printed, the other is coated with a layer of thermoplastic varnish. The foil is used to heat seal the cups made of polypropylene (PP), o polystyrene (PS) ,or PE which is widely used for yogurt, beverage, snacks, dry foods etc. It is possible to make colorful prints on the foil by using flexographic printing (eight colors) or gravure printing (six colors). Depending on individual requirements, the lid foil can be delivered in the form of rolls or the lids can be cut and supplied directly. Cut lids, which can be delivered, are smooth with a particular pattern. This foil complies with all hygienic requirements and has outstanding barrier properties.
